Benjamin Randall is a successful mortgage banker who was born in The
Woodlands, Texas and is still a proud resident of North Houston. Ben’s
attention to detail, patience, reliability, and dedication to customer

Benjamin’s experience includes two years managing a $500 million per year pipeline of mortgage related transactions, including all capital market, secondary, and warehousing activity. Over 100 loan officers relied on Ben to set rates, maintain relationships with major correspondent banks and lenders, keep up to date on rapidly changing guidelines and regulations, find loan products for given scenarios, and overcome issues that would have otherwise led to a transaction not closing.
Mr. Randall is also experienced in establishing and maintaining lending relationships with builders, realtors, and investors. He has managed retail banking institutions and worked in real estate risk management, both of which helped him to become a multi-million dollar mortgage producer in today‘s ever changing market. In 2003, Ben earned a Masters degree in Business Marketing from Texas A&M University and in 2001 graduated cum laude with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from The University of Central Florida.
